Each GIF generation costs 2 credits. Each video download costs 1 credit. Credits are purchased once and never expire — use them at your own pace. You can view your current balance in the navigation bar when signed in.

Common Questions
My GIF generation failed. Were my credits deducted?
Credits are deducted at the point of submission. If your generation failed due to a service error on our end, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the job ID, and we will investigate.
I can't sign in to my account.
Giffator supports Google and email sign-in. Ensure you are using the same method and account you originally registered with. If the issue persists, contact us with your account email and a description of the error.
I was charged but my credits did not appear.
Credit top-ups are processed instantly after payment confirmation. If credits have not appeared within a few minutes, email us at [email protected] with your account email and payment receipt. See the pricing page for plan details.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at [email protected] from your registered email address and request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
