1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Giffator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Giffator. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Credits and Purchases

• Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and are non-refundable once applied to your account.
• Credits never expire and are not transferable between accounts.
• Each GIF generation costs 2 credits. Each video download costs 1 credit. Credits are deducted at the point of submission, regardless of the output quality of the resulting file.
• All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely by DodoPayments.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Giffator to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload images to which you do not hold the rights or necessary permissions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent any rate limits, authentication, or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

All GIFs generated through Giffator are owned by you, the user. Giffator does not claim any rights over your generated output. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service. Giffator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giffator and the Giffator team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Giffator after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
